What customers say?

“ Decaf: yes 5 stars for their decaf cafe au lait We did the breakfast buffet for 6000 yen though we got a discount from booking through a special for 4500. For 4500 this deserves a 5 star but at 6000 I'm putting it at a 4. Highlights: Their eggs have the brightest yolks ever. Definitely try them. I'd suggest pairing with something salty as they don't salt anything to bring it even more flavor. The Okinawan pork and bacon went well with the eggs. The eggs Benedict was great The honey display was very cool. Panna cotta is hard to find done well on island. This is done well. The fruit was sliced nicely into small bowls with no white pith The grape smoothie was superior to the other smoothie. Another 5 star item for me. Desserts fell kind of flat aside from the panna cotta. Cakes were a 4 star. The ice cream wasn't fully frozen in the sherbet case. A lot of the middle items were fine but not outstanding. They have a few fantastic items, enough for me to give the food a 5, but it does range between 3-5 depending on what you are going for. I did not try the rice(with additions) cereal, yogurt or the Okinawan soba as I was too full but I did sample most everything else. Service was very good when we were seated. ”

“ My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner for four days straight. The restaurant has several vegan options on the menu which is great! I absolutely loved the salad with sea grapes (which are unique to Okinawa). Also the steamed vegetables were delicious. The meat and fish dishes were also tasteful, according to my husband. The staff is very friendly and will do their best to accommodate all your wishes. The restaurant can be packed with families but for us the service of the staff made up for the noise some of the little guests made ”

“ This was a great find located right off the lobby of the Halekulani Hotel. We very much enjoyed the ambience of the hotel, especially the outdoor spaces which were full of lights, torches and fountains. The outdoor patio of the restaurant was very nice even on a February evening, and they sat us right under a space heater (by request) with a fantastic view of the ocean in the background. We enjoyed live music and a number of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, all of which were delicious. The service was very attentive, with the waiters and waitresses attempting to meet our every request. Our party consisted of people with varying dietary restrictions, including one who ate fish and chicken but no red meat, and two vegans. The restaurant had plenty of dishes to accommodate everyone, and all of the food was beautifully presented, and very satisfying. While it is a little on the pricey side, we felt it was well worth it and we very much enjoyed our entire meal from the appetizers to the dessert. This would be a great spot for celebrating a special occasion, and if you’re in the area it’s a much try. We will definitely be back soon. ”
